I understand that my privacy is very important to the YES Program and that YES would like to inform me about its data protection policy and obtain my consent before I inquire further. YES processes personal data of all inquirers deemed necessary for the proper organization and fulfillment of the YES program operations. 
I understand and accept that YES may process my personal and sensitive information ("personal data") during the inquiry and application process and may transmit such data to third parties for any purpose reasonably required for the proper organization and fulfillment of the YES program operations.
