US Ambassador to Egypt Welcomes YES Class of 2010-11

U.S. Ambassador to Egypt Margaret Scobey honored fifty Egyptian youth who will participate in the 2010-11 Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program and their families at a reception at her residence on May 11. Present also were alumni of previous YES programs and staff and volunteers from American Field Service (AFS) Egypt, as well as the American youth who are currently on exchange programs in Egypt. The Egyptian YES participants, selected by AFS and the Egyptian Ministry of Education, for the coming year come from twelve governorates in Egypt.
