Are you a YES alumnus/a from Africa, passionate about improving your community through clean water, quality education and gender equality? Then you should apply to the Beyond YES Africa Summit Workshop - now accepting applications through January 10, 2020! (deadlines may vary by country). 

We are seeking passionate YES alumni from African YES countries (Cameroon, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, and Tunisia) to participate in this exciting workshop in Arusha, Tanzania from April 20 - 24, 2020. The Beyond YES Africa Summit Workshop will focus on the promotion of, and activity development around, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as related to the African continent. The workshop will focus on three specific SDGs: 1) Quality Education, 2) Clean Water and Sanitation, and 3) Gender Equality. Participants will learn about and discuss social advocacy, entrepreneurship, project management, and innovation within sustainable development practices. Participants should expect to further their understandings on the themes outlined above and be prepared to develop projects for implementation.
