From January 6-8th, 38 YES Alumni from all over India came together for a leadership workshop with the support of the American Center in New Delhi. Alumni came from Chennai, Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Baroda and Jamshedpur to reconnect and get energized for future projects and long-term development of the YES alumni in India.

The alumni engaged in team-building exercises (try building a tower with straws and marshmallows!), goal-setting, and strategized best practices for increasing the number of motivated and active alumni.

The workshop was faciliated by Darshit Sagar (YES 08-09), Samar Patel (YES 05-06) and Shadab Nazmi (YES 07-08). All three are also graduates of the YES Alumni Training of Trainers workshop series.
