Senator Richard Lugar Celebrates the YES Program

Watch Senator Richard Lugar celebrate the 10^th anniversary of the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program. The program has grown significantly since its inception in 2002, and this year the graduating class grew to over 900 students.
