YES Suriname Brings Smiles to Orphanage

YES alumni in Suriname came together on Global Youth Service Day on April 21, 2012 to bring smiles to a local orphanage. Seven alumnae conducted a community toy drive and sought sponsorship to purchase milk, juice, and cookies for young children living at the Lotishuis Orphanage. Alumni raised awareness about the orphanage in the community, and spent the day playing with the youth.
