2010 Alumni Training of Trainers Workshop!

Twenty-two ECA sponsored program alumni, including YES alumni from 10 countries and American alumni of the Congress-Bundestag and NSLI-Y programs, came together in Washington DC for the fourth Training of Trainers Workshop! Participants learned training methodologies, learning styles, leadership skills and developed a training session to be implemented in their home countries.
Immediately following the workshop, participants attended the annual ECA Spring Workshop, which brings together volunteers and staff from YES overseas partners and US placement organizations. The alumni cultural performances were definitely the hit of the week.
