Every year, more than 1,500 volunteer American families open their hearts and homes to host CBYX, FLEX, and YES exchange students. These programs are run by the U.S. Department of State and feature high school students from 60 countries. Students live in homes throughout the United States with families as different and diverse as Americans themselves.
