Alumni Rimsha Rahman ‘18 and Sadia Naaz ’18 conducted an environmental awareness workshop in Hyderabad with 40 students from 8th and 9th grades. The workshop covered topics such as waste management, the “three R’s” (reduce, reuse, recycle), and compost management.

The students also learned about the UN Sustainable Development Goals and ways to incorporate the goals in their daily lives. Students were then divided into teams for arts and crafts using recyclable materials. The workshop ended with a "design showcase" where each team displayed their articles.
